We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition as received
For hygiene-sensitive items (including products intended for direct body contact), returns are accepted only if the item is unused and unopened, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival
How to request a return
Please email support@bloomdeals.net with:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos (required for damaged or defective items)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return shipping
- Defective or damaged items: return shipping or replacement is covered by Bloomdeals Inc.
- All other returns: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
